  Seems like they are not organized n are not taking the phisycal therapy in a serious way n personalized care for each.patient the staff are rude for.appt If you call to.place an appt always transfer ur call to a holding music.is so.frustrating

  FANTASTIC I live in Victoria; I needed surgery on my shoulder and on my feet. I saw their ads in the Victoria Advocate. Thought I would try them out. I was SO, SO, SO pleased with their service; from he ladies in the front desk, the nurses in the office, staff in the hospital, nurses and staff in the hospital, and the doctors! I have experienced very little pain after having two surgeries, by two different orthopedic doctors. I asked one of the nurse why they were so different in treating the patients, and their attitude. She said that selection for hiring was based on their experience, their attitude, personality and what the hiring teams saw in the individual, NOT based on race, creed, color ,culture or religion! WOW! I have had experience with nurses and doctors of varies races and they have ALL been very courteous, respond to questions patiently and LISTEN to the patient.
