- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT BUY ANYTHINGS FORM THIS AGENCY!!!! they normally don't answer the phone, we have been tried to called them like hundred times for last two months OR if they answer, they keep telling you that " they person who is in-charge is in lunch break" but they taking lunch in the morning, afternoon and in the afternoon. we cancelled the auto policy ( thanks to GOD ) but we never get to cancel our home owner policy. and we have tried so hard to contact all state farm related phones number and website but useless. DON'T use this company, they are not going to do anything to take care your problems. we lost almost a thousand because of this.May 29, 2017by Wilson Wong
